SECTION 6 – NO RETURN, EXCHAGNE & REFUND POLICY

At VastuVann, we take great care in selecting, packaging, and delivering our products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants and the personalized nature of certain gifting products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy, subject ot applicable consumer protection laws. 

6.1 – NO RETURNS OR EXCHAGNES

All purchases made through VastuVann are considered final, except in circumstances where a return, replacement, or refund is required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Personal preferences regarding plant size, shape, or natural appearance.

  • Minor natural variations in leaf colour, shape, or growth.

  • Products damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized gifting products, unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales, except where statutory remedies apply.

6.2 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its advertised description, please contact our customer support team.

We recommend reporting the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Order number.

  • Product photographs.

  • Images of the packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required by applicable law.

The recommended 24-hour reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

6.3 – REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases or other non-eligible requests.

Refunds may be issued when:

  • An order is cancelled by VastuVann due to unavailability.

  • Delivery obligations have not been met and a refund is required under applicable law.

6.4 – CORPORATE & CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Corporate gifting, bulk orders, and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed and prepared.

However, customers retain their applicable legal rights in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

6.5 – LIVE PLANT DISCLAIMER

Plants are living products, and their appearance may vary naturally.

Variations in plant height, leaf patterns, foliage density, and growth are normal and do not automatically qualify a product for return or exchange.

VastuVann is not responsible for deterioration caused solely by improper watering, insufficient sunlight, unsuitable temperatures, or incorrect handling after delivery.

This disclaimer does not affect rights concerning products that were defective or damaged upon delivery.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same account, payment method, or address.
